Create your own habit colors by adding a little amount of dye ink. Absolutely the best adhesive for gluing glitter, beads, glass, plastic, and vellum to paper. I love this stuff!

I found a video on another site and made the most amazing personalized charms using photos that I shrunk down to miniature through photoshop. The diamond glaze gave it a glass like finish and the recipients of the charms all loved them! I used a small syringe (eye dropper) to suck out any rogue air bubbles that may have got in the way. It was much faster and more efficient than the brush “tap out” method shown in the video. Search on Google: Picture Perfect Frames with Diamond Glaze to find the video on YouTube. It is a super project and you will find many other applications for this product after you see the results!

A mainstay in my craft stash

I am a HUGE fan of this product, probably have used a gallon of it in different projects. Great for adding dimension to cards and other 2D projects, and for creating pendants, charms and pins that glisten like they are coated with glass. It usually takes a couple of coats to get the right thickness, and I let it cure for a couple of days before handling the object except to add coats. NOTE: There are issues with red inks (i.e. Sharpie) bleeding under this product. I notified the mfgr, don’t know if they’ve addressed it. Red papers, toner copies/prints, magazine ads, etc., all seem to coat just fine.

Messy stuff …

I purchased this with the idea of making page buttons and dimensional stickers, but the glue consistency is too thin to do this. Also, when using it as an adhesive, it’s messy and runs all over the place. I don’t like it at all.
